SHASWAT brings scientific, industrial and educational products into one catalogue. Enquiries submitted here are received and administered by SHASWAT TRADERS. This common website supports enquiries for products supplied by either business.

SHASWAT TRADERS is a proprietorship trading and supply business based at Rawatbhata Industrial Area, Vyapar Vihar, PO: Birgaon, PIN 493221, Raipur, Chhattisgarh, India. For privacy questions, email sales@shaswattraders.com.

Information you provide

The quotation form asks for your name, company or institution, mobile number, email, delivery city, state and country, requested products, specifications, pack sizes, quantities, required delivery date, and remarks. We use hashed network/email identifiers and request limits to reduce automated abuse. Please do not include bank details, payment credentials or unrelated sensitive information.

How enquiry information is used

Enquiry details are used to assess your requirement, prepare quotations, discuss products and coordinate a potential order. The website sends your enquiry to our server and saves it in protected Cloudflare D1 storage so the authorised sales administrator can review, manage and export it. A confirmation reference is shown only after the server accepts and stores the enquiry. Resend is configured to send a sales-team notification and a receipt acknowledgement to your email address. Provider acceptance does not guarantee inbox delivery.

Hosting, sign-in and storage

This website is hosted through ChatGPT Sites on Cloudflare infrastructure. Access follows the website’s current Sites sharing settings; private review requires ChatGPT sign-in. Administrator access always requires authorised ChatGPT sign-in. The hosting service may process account identity, IP address, browser information and technical request logs to provide access and operate the website. The administrator area uses the authenticated identity and a server-side administrator allowlist. Product records use Cloudflare D1 database storage. Uploaded product files use private Cloudflare R2 storage; submitted enquiries and private administrative notes use Cloudflare D1 storage; only published catalogue information and product assets are exposed through the website.

Secure enquiry status

Customers can check a newly saved enquiry from the browser where they submitted it. This receipt access is limited to those specific enquiries and does not verify ownership of the supplied email address. To check older enquiries or use another browser, customers can verify their enquiry email using a short-lived, attempt-limited code. A verified email session permits status access only to enquiries using that email address, including older records. Customers do not need a ChatGPT account. A secure browser cookie remembers status access for up to 30 days and can be cleared using the customer sign-out control. Reference numbers alone do not grant access. Tracking exposes only references, status and dates; it does not expose contact details, internal notes, quotations or commercial information. Administrator sign-in remains separate.

Browser storage and cookies

The enquiry basket uses session storage on your device for selected product names and requirements. Your latest enquiry reference is also kept in session storage to make secure tracking easier. Contact form details remain in the current page until you submit an enquiry; they are not saved in browser storage by this application. A secure, HttpOnly cookie remembers customer enquiry-status access for up to 30 days; only a hash of its random token is stored on the server. Email verification codes expire after ten minutes and are limited to five attempts. Signing out clears that browser access. ChatGPT Sites may separately use authentication and security cookies for its sign-in features. This application does not add advertising cookies, analytics trackers or marketing pixels.

PDF enquiry files

PDFs downloaded or shared through the website are generated on your device from the customer and product requirements shown in the form or saved request. Where verified email delivery is active, a PDF copy of the saved enquiry is also generated on the server, stored privately and attached to the buyer acknowledgement and sales notification. These private email copies have no public download links. An authorised administrator can also confirm sending a saved, priced quotation PDF to the buyer email recorded with the enquiry. That quotation PDF and its delivery receipt are stored privately per saved revision, and are deleted with the related website enquiry. Customer enquiry PDFs have blank rate cells. Authorised administrators can enter and privately save selling rates for an enquiry and prepare a priced quotation PDF for its buyer. Internal notes, purchase rates, supplier price lists and margins are excluded from buyer PDFs. Downloaded files remain on your device unless you choose to share or attach them. Using Share PDF, email or WhatsApp passes the selected file or message to the app you choose.

External links

Telephone, email, WhatsApp and Google Maps links open external services or applications only when selected. Their own privacy policies apply. No map or WhatsApp tracking widget is embedded. The laboratory image is served by this website; no external font service is used.

Access, retention and requests

Administrative access is restricted server-side. Records received by email are handled within business email systems. Authorised administrators can review, export and delete stored website enquiries. Quotation response rates and terms are stored separately in protected Cloudflare D1 storage and are deleted with the related enquiry. Private server copies of enquiry PDFs are also deleted when the related website enquiry is deleted. Copies already delivered by email or downloaded to a device are handled separately. Records are retained for quotation and business correspondence until no longer needed, subject to applicable recordkeeping requirements. CSV exports and mailbox copies must be handled separately. Spam-prevention records contain hashed identifiers, request counts and expiry times; expired rate-limit entries are periodically removed. Operational hosting logs are managed by the hosting providers under their own retention policies.

Changes to this policy

This policy must be reviewed when enquiry delivery, analytics, new services, retention procedures or website access changes. No marketing subscription is created by submitting an enquiry.
